Forwarding SNMP shouts from EM

Hello All,

In our environment Control M SNMP shouts have been forward to ITO server in which creates ticket in service desk.The problem here is

SNMP shouts are not reaching SNMP destination host.

Would like to clarify
Does Control M SNMP uses differant SNMP serive with differant port nos.

Else they use same 161 and 162 port nos. ?
what is the SNMP version used by Control M tool ??
