Alert process with BIM

Hi, I have Control-M 6.3 on unix (solaris10) i'm trying to get an alert when a group of jobs dont run after 3 days, can i do this with BIM or with other tool?? I need to know if some or all the jobs didn't run and if it's possible to know the reason...

why don't you create a job scanning AJF of predecessor ODAT and shout when it's necessary?
