you can find the following scripts in ~/ctm<_server>/scripts/shut*
where
shut-ca is use to stop ControlM server Main agent
shutdb to stop the database
shut-ctm to stop ControlM server process

you can have some differents depending of the database type.

Hi,

In some situations, it's also interesting to know the usage of ctmsuspend utility.

Usage : ctmsuspend {-s|-r}

-s Suspends CONTROL-M/Server scheduling processes. Leaves the gateway to CONTROL-M/EM open.
-r Restores CONTROL-M/Server processes. Resumes normal operating mode.
