Does anyone know if there is a way to know if jobs are not loaded in on new day which are supposed to and that have SYSTEM in the user daily?

should you prefer to have the right vision of your controlm env:
use ctmrpln utility or forecast ...
ctmudchk utility coudn't be used to act that all waiting jobs of the day are in ajf or not.
it only can give you what should not be ordered regarding it's calendar parameters

Try using the F8 Key in GUI to view Alerts. Control-M generates an Alert in NewDay Time if some jobs can't not be ordered. After, use ctmudchk utility.
