Optim and Control-M v6.2

Does anyone know how to code Control-M job definition to successfully execute an Optim archive on the server? We're trying to run a BAT file to archive data on an Optim server. However, Control-M job hangs when trying to execute the parameters. It can successfully execute the command PR0CMND.exe but when we try to execute PR0CMND.exe /R type=ARCHIVE the job hangs apparently on the parameters.
