Failed to backup Agent's status parameters

I get this message hourly.
This started after we moved control-m's database only from an HP to an IBM server. Control-m server still on HP. We moved the database only . Everything is working good but get this message. There must be something that needs to be changed and we are not finding it. BMC cant figure it out either. We updated the locales.dat file. But just not getting rid of error.
Any help apprciated.
