SAM ESSO Agent Access and Control-M

Recently, in our company, installed SAM Esso Access Agent 8O . Since, Control-M GUI can't work, same occurs with Desktop Icon. I can only use the Configuration Manager Icon. There is a problem between this 2 applications ?

I uninstall SAM ESSO and Control-M GUI works very well, but when install SAM ESSO again, the icon GUI and Desktop is not working and not open de login window. :cry:
