I have CM server with about 10,000 jobs. NewDay started at 16:00 and is still running at 19:30. *it normally completes within 3-5 minutes). The Gateway status is "formatting AJF" and I am running ctms_data_collector to get some data for BMC.
This data collection has been running for 1 hour and output is at this point....

I specified in my ctms_data_collector command to get 2 days of data. There is no indication of activity so I don't know what this is doing. Should I expect this to run for hours, or is something wrong?
