Agentless Executions on Windows Hosts

Post by sukie » 01 Feb 2012 6:56

We are using agentless to submit a job to a windows cluster (windows 2003 X64 OS) to bounce a sql server instance.

It's not working, we are getting an error of :

CLUSTER ENTAAP1509U RESOURCE "SQL Server Fulltext (INST1520)" /OFFLINE
Access is denied.

When the same userid runs that command having logged on to the box via terminal services, it works, so it would appear to us to be a problem with the WMI protocol.

Has anyone else come across this problem, and if yes the how do we resolve?
