We have V6.4 on Windows server.
Today our job scripts finished OK but the indicator on the screen stayed yellow or executing. Thus dependent jobs did not run.
Any ideas?????
Job ends ok, but still shows yellow on screen.
Hi,
Here some advices to investigate about your issue:
1. Your job run correctly if submitted manually ?
2. Only this job that stuck in yellow or all jobs on this agent ?
3. Can you run just a test (like dir) in your script or command ?
4. Protocol version and ports are correct for this agent?
5. Tracker still running on this agent ?
6. Execute ping from the CONTROL-M/Server (ctm_menu) and CONTROL-M/Agent (ag_diag_comm)
7. Check your available disk space on agent
8. Have you see the PROCLOG files on the CONTROL-M/Server (ie:CD,NS)
9. Check if the value 'Job children inside job object' is set to N on your windows agent
.....
.....
In this forum if you execute a little search with word 'yellow' you find a lot of informations.
