How to depend on a condition ODAT-3

I haver a job on Thursday that depends on a job that Runs on Monday.
How do I do In condition ODAT-3 (This is a UNIX server not Z-os). I can create a dummy job to run each day to create a condition on all other days but I risk losing the real dependency on the Monday job

use the ctmcalc_date utility with shift parameter
