When Coding a shout - LATESUB is the correct coding

LATESUB TIME HH:MM

or

LATESUB HH::MM

I've seen both codings and want to know what coding is actually correct.

I have looked at the manual, the manaul doesn't show the word TIME as a keyword that should be used, but I have seen the coding with and without the word TIME. I'm trying to find out if others are using the WORD time in the coding of the SHOUT.

I don't have a copy of that version of the product i only have 6.1.11
and it states:
LATESUB time – The message is sent if the job is not
submitted by the specified time, where time is in the format
hhmm or an *. If * is specified, the CONTROL-M monitor
uses the calculated DUE IN time of the job, as displayed in
the Zoom screen, to determine if the job was not submitted
on time.

Showing that time is actually the HH:MM. Any addtional help would be greatfull. If it has changed where 6.4 allows the verb TIME in the parm, please indicate that. Or point me to where I can get a copy of 6.4.

THank you.
