Setting / resetting the ODATE

Post by Deano » 09 Nov 2009 9:53

Hi All,

I have a UAT server on which the ODATE has become 20160125. No idea how this has happened, but I would like to reset it to today.

Running 6.4.01 on Windows.

Any ideas please?

thanks
Dean

You have been change your date in UAT server ?

Try this :

- Download your Control-M (All components and agents down)
- Set your UAT server date correctly
- Upload your Control-M (all components and agents up)

Check the new day time.

The server date is correct!

So what I need to know, is how I can manually set the Control-M ODATE to todays date.

Hi All,

Just in case anyone is interested, this is the method for changing the odate.

Connect to the Control-M database and perform:-

update CMS_SYSPRM set CM_DATE='YYYYMMDD'

Deano
