Agent suddenly unavailable

Hi!
Some on my agents becomes suddenly unavailable and after a while come back to available state. It seems like some of the parameters I choose in the agent properties change by itselves. Ex: if I choose "No" to the parameter about Agent Disconnection, it can change by itself to "Yes". Is it normal?

In the configuration manager tool, double click on any agent, click on 'Retry/Timeout' tab. increment easily your times. In some systems, in this options are very low, CTM checks an agent and if no respond in this time, it asumme that agent is down. Configure your 'Persistant connection' to prevent this and retry.
