Communication between two Control-M environement
Hi!
I would like to know if it is possible to set a dependance between two jobs which are in two different control-m environement? We've made a test to try it, but it haven't worked. The both environements are managed by the same console.
Thanks!

Conditions Prefix means the prefix which has to be added to the condition for both the jobs. You have to first define the conditions prefix and then include them in your jobs condition.
Example:
let abc be the your prefix and let the jobs in one system be JobA and the other be JobB
Then the conditions can be abcJobAJobB or abc_JobA_JobB or anything... but just the starting should be abc.
Hope I answered ur question.

Hi Diablu,
Best option is that you should use the Control-M Enterprise Manager PDF book and search in that book for "Global conditions",
You will get full Information there.

Haven't worked
Hi!
I've chosen ABC as my test prefix.
On one control-m server I've put ABCtestprod1.bat-ENDED as an Out condition in my prerequisite job (testprod1.bat is my job file) and on the other server, I've put ABCtestprod1.bat-ENDED as an In condition in my dependant job.
It haven't worked. Can you tell me what's wrong? The documentation isn't really clear.
Thanks a lot!
