Hello group,
I have a job that runs an embeded script...
At first it runs the netuse command in order to create a network drive,
Then it sets some enviromental variables and
Finally it calls an exe file...
From time to time this job remains yellow forever and I am forced to kill it.
I have already set the variable "Job children inside job" to N but still I cannot avoid the problem....
Any ideas?
Regards
Dimitris
Job remains yellow....
Hi,
Just other suggestions to investigate:
1. Your job run correctly if submitted manually ?
2. Only this job that stuck in yellow or all jobs on this agent ?
3. Can you run just a test (like dir) in your enbeded script ?
4. Protocol version and ports are corrects for this agent?
5. Tracker still running on this agent ?
6. Execute ping from the CONTROL-M/Server (ctm_menu) and CONTROL-M/Agent (ag_diag_comm)
7. Check your available space on agent
8. Have you see the PROCLOG logs from the agent or from the CONTROL-M/Server (ie:NSxxxx.log)
9. Do you use a firewall ?
