Job statistics extract

Post by kkrahul » 06 Sep 2012 4:27

Hi all,

Am new to control-m. in my project there is a requirement that the job statistics be extracted.i would need the start time end time, run status etc.now there is an option in control-m itself in view->dynamic filter to get all the details exported to a csv file.however i would like to know if the same data can be exported using an sql query/script.The objective is to basically trigger these queries from an external application for display/reporting purpose.

Thanks,
Rahul

VISUALjob for Control-M Statistical Reporting

As an alternative, have a look at VISUALjob for Control-M with the easy to use Statistical Reporting feature: http://www.apsware.com/en/control-m-sol ... reporting/

You can create reports even in batch, triggered by a Control-M job or another application.

Hi Rahul,

You can use the reporting facility to generate the reports if you are on above version 6.4. You need to install an agent where the reporting facility is installed and run the same as batch job.

Thanks,
Sommi
