CONTROL-M/Enterprise Manager 6.2.0.1 - Windows Installation

Hello,

I try to install "Full CTM-EM 6.2.0.1 server" on windows server 2000 SP4 but failed due to error
"Install oracle client version 9.2.0.4..."

So,
I've created an 10g oracle database on Unix and configured for CTM/EM.
I've installed Oracle Client 9.2.0.4 with the BMC installation cdrom.
The primary oracle home is the 9.2.0.4 directory.
ODBC is up to date (3.52)
Tnsnames.ora is configured and I can acces to my oracle database with sqlplus

What is the problem? environment variables not configured...services not started...?

Try to install Oracle client version 10g.

As Dilbert wrote.

My opinion is, that you need the same or newer oracle client as your server is (10g). So CM need 10g not 9.2.
