I almost sure, you started your Control-M Agent with system account.
I could advice to you to create a Windows account with all local right to launch your script, and start Control-M agent service.
Seeing in Control-M Agent documentation (available on that site) you could see the minimum right you must allowed to that account.
That account could be created as a local server account or a domain account, and need to be able to interact with the desktop.
