CTM/EM : log gsr thread and timeout

Hello,

Control-M version 6.4.01.300 (EM,CTM/SRV & GUI client windows)
We have recently logs about gsr on Control-M Entreprise Manager
gsr_diag.*

When i check with root_menu, check all ... GTW,GUISRV ... all components are OK
Do you have any idea for this case ?

Hello,
This log is just about a logging problem, if the problem still stay, recycle the GUI Server when you're allow to do that.
(clients will lost connexion temporaly)
