hi
We are running control-e\m version 7 fix pack 700
About 4 weeks ago the ccm response\refresh are very slow.
Takes sometimes up to 15 minutes to load the component's
or any action once all are loaded goes into a hanging state 5 - 10 minutes before coming back with a response.
Any idea what can cause this please.
It is taking forever to add a new agent etc.
