Scheduler Usage

Take a scenario of two jobs A and B. now establish a dependency b/w them such that job B's In condition should not have Job A's out condition. There should no dependency line shown b/w Jobs A and B. Yet Job B should run only after Job A's completion. How do we achieve this without having to use in and out conditions ?

Try putting Out condition in Job A in Steps tab. No dependency line between them.. But still A will trigger B
