Scheduler Usage

While trying to run a script on a VMS box, I am getting the below error for this particular script only. Other scripts with same file extn are running fine.

The extn of the script is .com.

OS_SCRTY_CHECKS:File Protection Check Failed.

Don't know much about VMS but iwindows you have to UNBLOCK sometimes. Right click Properties and on the tab there may be an UNBLOCK button. Just a thought.
