I need to know if the Control-M to send a shout out error, it can use via SMNP TRAP to send this error? if yes how can I do this?

Hi Nero1981,

you need to update the General parameters in Control-M/EM parameters through CCM

SnmpSendActive =1
SnmpHost = hostname
SendSnmp =1

you need to get in touch with your system admin for snmp host configuration to send alert to destination

Alternatively there is a way of sending alert to particular destination such as remedy can be achieved by script ( i dont have the one )

then you need to update the one more parameter in CCM

SendAlarmToScript = path of script [ it can be a pearl /shell script ]
