Experience with the SelfServie iphone APP?

Hi,

is somebody using the Iphon APP for BMC SelfService and can help me to configure the Environment?

Must must I install the SelfService Server in the DMZ? Or how manage you the access to the SelfService Server from outside?

We are fairly new to Control-M and have a small Control-M environment so everything was installed on one server. EM CTMS Agents including BIM, Forecastserver and Self Service Server.

This is the URL for SS
servername:18080/SelfService/

For the iphone app we use
servername.domain:18080/SelfService/

and use your domain login

I believe the auths you have in Self Service will also apply to the app.
