Ended status not updating in EM.Remains in Grey..

Hi-

We have our New days jobs getting ordered from server and running fine .The weird part is in EM, for Ended OK jobs(we confirm from sysout) ,the color scheme does not turn green and stays in grey.For Ended NOT OK jobs as well,the color does not turn red and remain in grey.Moreover Ended NOTOK jobs does not show up in Alerts. Also,we are not able to hold the jobs(error message is 'Request rejected by Data Center
CTM5309 CANNOT HOLD JOB 00f3gc - JOB ALREADY HELD').We have admin previlages as well.

Last 3 times it happened in 1 day,I had to bring the gateway down and up to make it work.On one instance,I had to go even further and restart all the control-M services.The issue is still outstanding..

Our Environment is standalone(CTM server and EM on same machine Version 6.4 FP 6) on Windows 2008 32-Bit environment.

Please help!

This same scenrio happened to me when my MSSSQL log file maxed the hard drive space. Also check to make sure your database(s) have not reached max size.
