When try to get Account Management in CCM, getting error

When I try to go to a SAP CM in CCM and click on Account Management, I get the below error:

Request get account SAP Account failed. CCM CM for SAP plugin version 7.0.000 is not compatible with CM for SAP version 7.0.00.100
class org.xml.sax.SAXException

Please suggest.

Follow the CM for SAP installation guide:
you must install on clients: FORMS, CCM plugin and application forms (find and update forms).
