New Day Scan Hanging

Hi

My New Day Scan has been hanging for past 3 days.It mostly gets hung during FORMATTING AJF state and even if the server is bounced it goes DOWNLOADING stage.

Then after a complete bounce the schedule gets back in.

Any help or suggestion will be quite handy.

Keep your AJF clean and if there are any cyclic jobs with MAX (99) change it and if there are huge number of jobs to be ordered by SYSTEM then move to User daily with some time gap. Hope this helps

Make sure you are cleaning prerequisite conditions. I run a job every day 30 minutes before newday that will remove all conditions older than 7 days.

ctmcontb -DELETEFROM "*" %%TOMORROW %%TODATE

In set tab:
FD = %%$CALCDATE %%$ODATE +1
TD = %%$CALCDATE %%$ODATE -7
TOMORROW = %%SUBSTR %%FD 5 4
TODATE = %%SUBSTR %%TD 5 4

Personal

I need to change the amount of days that is available cargar of my machine, today its need to search sysout jobs over three days, will not be available.

How should I proceed to change the load of construction Archived ViewPoint be available for 7 days.

Can I have some problem with permformance this change?

Hi Karan

Another suggestion.
Did you move your CTM Server Geatway from one EM Server to another ?
If you you did that, you must UNMANAGED your CTM Server on the first EM, and SET to MANAGED the second, using the CCM.

If not your CTM Server Configuration Agent is not able to know which of EM is correct, and could create that type of problem.
