AGENTS MOVE

You should be able to see all agents in the Configuration Manager on your 6.4 Control-M system.
Your action depends on what you are trying to achieve. Do you want to upgrade your agents or do you want to just modify your 6.4.01 agents to allow them to be managed by the new Control-M Server 7?
It may be best to first modify the 6.4.01 agents and use the new Control-M/Server 7 with the 6.4.01 agents. Then when this is complete you can upgrade your agents in a matter of minutes. But really, you should probably get some advice from an expert in your local area (from BMC or a partner) who can take a close look at your environment and assist you with the process. Unless these are all development environments and you don't have any risk.

If you just need a spreadsheet then the CCM will allow you to export the Agents list (well, actually all connected components) to an xls file.

Once you upgrade an Agent and point it at the new server then the CCM should - sooner or later - recognise the migrated Agent automatically.
