Control-M 7.0 new user cannot order job

Control-M 7.0 new user cannot order job eve it is in Admin Group. Only EMUSER is able to order jobs.

System is after upgrade from 6.2 to 7.0 version.

All rights and filters were check for user and group and looks ok.
Any ideas?

Thanks.

Problem was resolved - there were lack of privs to libraries (table level).
