Error while installing CTM client components

Hi,

I'm getting an error while installing CTM client components on Windows Server 2003. I have already installed oracle client 9.2.0.1 and then the patch 9.2.0.4 .. I checked oracle client 9.2.0.4 using sqlplus, it's working fine ... But still i get below error -

Install oracle Client version '9.2.0.4' before installing 'Control-M Enterprise Manager 6.2.01'. Refer to the Control-M Installation Guide.

I'm trying to install Control-M basic and Adminstrative clients.

Please suggest.

are you installing 6.2 ? are you check the compatibility ?

from 6.3 to 6.4 the doc/kb says the you need to add a register before to begins the installation of oracle client.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\USE_EXISTING_ORACLE
