Hi,

Is Control-M 6.2 compatible with Oracle 10.2.0.3 database and Windows Server 2008 ?

Thanks.

I dont think so, but then why would you want to install unsupported software ?

I don't have Oracle client 9.2.0.4

And the windows machine where CTM Adminstrator clients need to be installed has Windows server 2008.

What can be the alternate ?

Start planning your upgrade to version 7 and raise a support case for the AMIGO process to help with you upgrade planning.

Altrnatively, downgrade your desktops to a windows version that supports the out of support Control-M version you are running.

I will managed to get oracle client 9.2.0.4.

for compatibility with Windows 2008 R2 you need to be on Control-M Version 7, so no option other than to downgrade your Windows machine to one that was supported by 6.2, but you will still be out of support.
