It looks like the next release of Control-M will no longer support Solaris. Has anyone made the jump
from Solaris to Linux? If so, how did it go? Is there anything I should be aware of?
Also, we do not have much (if any) Linux knowledge. Is anyone running Control-M on Linux?
How does it perform?
Control-M Move to Linux from Solaris
Re: Control-M Move to Linux from Solaris
Hi
That's something easy.
Using Control-M migration tools, you can export from Control-M database from Solaris,
and import in Linux version.

Hi,
performance ist good, depending of the number oj jobs im AJF.
The only what you must test are (job) shell-scripts, because some utilities on Linux have other parameters as on Solaris or must replace by Linux utilities.
