ControlM/EM installation on citrix

Hi,
We have installed controlM/SRV & controlM/EM on unix servers. We now want to install controlM/EM client components in a citrix farm. However BMC claims not to support citrix. Does anyone have experience with citrix installs of the windows client?

I am also in the same boat. Can anybody reply, how to install the Control-M/EM on CITRIX environment?

We have Control-M running on virtual Linux servers and windows server.
And we have both the Desktop and Control-M manager running on Citrix.

Hi,
We have the exact scenario

Control-M Server and Control-M /EM on Unix platforms.
Control-M EM/Client on Windows and is to be accessed through Citrix platform.

All the components expect Control-M Reporting facility are working fine.

We are not able to access the reporting Facility.

depending of your version, reporting facility need to install a database client on the citrix server to allow to use it.
