CTM5311 ERROR PROCESSING XML REQUEST.RFC

Hi All ..We are using control-m for schedulling of SAP jobs we have created a application account with the help of control-m/cm and importing the data into control-m while creating new jobs in control-m desktop I am able to load the ABAP programme but while loading the varaient and events getting follwoing error :-

Request rejected by Data center CTM5311 ERROR PROCESSING XML REQUEST.RFC omitted: USE_EXTENDED=N module:/BMCCTRLM/GET_EVENT_LST

why does it so even we are using 2.0 xbp functionality......if anyone has anyidea then please share.

Probably the plugins are not correctly installed on one or both of Control-M/EM Server and client.
Did you install the Client plugins part with Admin rights?
if it is, did you import all necessary FORMS from the source:\Forms
or did you forgot the plugins part to install from :
source:\CCM\EM_Server\Plugins (for the server)
source:\CCM\EM_Client\Plugins (for the client)
