mirroring is damage

When I check Mirroring status I got " mirroring is damaged".
I had done the initialization by following steps:
1. shutdown controlM but sybase is up
2. Initialize mirroring
Choose copy database
3. Start up control M

Checked and got mirroring is enabled but after couple of hours later again getting "mirroring is damaged".

Could anyone please let me know how could i fix this, where is the mirroring error logs can found,
how can I troubleshoot that whether any control M job damaging mirror.

From /var/adm/messages file I am getting the following error

Apr 29 12:25:00 adl1024 p_ctmsl[20413]: [ID 102191 user.error] MIRRORING HAS FAILED
Apr 29 12:25:00 adl1024 p_ctmcd[20412]: [ID 102191 user.error] MIRRORING HAS FAILED

Any help will be much appreciated

1)
first stop controlm server and conf agent
2)
disable mirroring
3)
Initialize mirroring
4)
startup controlm and conf agent
