Data report between specific days and time frame

Hi-
I am using GUI reporting facility v 6.4.01.300 in windows.
I am trying to create 'Job Execution' under Forecast Analysis report to pull the jobs that ran between specific days and specific time frame.
For example if I am trying to pull the jobs that ran between 10/22/2012 9:00 AM and 10/23/2012 9:00 AM for specific Application and Group name filters,the report would not pull any data.
Instead,if I donot use time filter,I woud get the data of the jobs that ran from 10/22/2012 starting at New day start time until 10/23/2012 new day time end time.
FYI ,our New day is at +0000
The time filter is not working in my case.
Any thoughts please ?
