Report Facility - Error with Time Frames.

Post by BreakFix » 04 Mar 2010 11:43

I'm getting a weird issue when creating a 'Time Frame' in the report wizard.

CTRLM ver: 6.4.1.200

:D I'm using a default Workload Distribution Report. It saves and runs fine when select 'last 100 days' for example.
:? If i select 2 dates using the "from date" "to date" I can't save the report template.

It give the following error: "Failed to save report definition"

More Info details:
Error Message: Failed to set report's SQL query
COM Error Info:
Error Code = 80047e52
Error Message = IDispatch error #31826
Source = Crystal Reports ActiveX Designer
Description = Failed to open a rowset.
Details: ADO Error Code: 0x80040e07
Source: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server
Description: The conversion of a char data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range datetime value.
SQL State: 22007
Native Error: 242

I'm a bit thrown by this. I'll try and check for issues around datetime in the OS and SQL but I am just stumbling in the dark, i have little clue how CTM is using SQL.
