EM 6.2 Reporting Facility

I have been asked to enable auditing in EM to track changes (adds/deletes) on resources, conditions and controls. I have made the required changes through the admin facility and activated auditing; however, when I try and run the sample Audit report through the Reporting facility it comes up blank. Anyone have any ideas what I may be wrong?
