Scheduler Usage

Hi Guys

Could someone help me with the following query. I need to schedule an
event with the following parameters, without creating a new calendar:

To be run on the Friday following the 15th of the month. This would be
the Thursday after the 15th if this is a bank holiday.

Unless the bank holidays are completely predictable dates then you cannot do this without a calendar.
