I would strongly advise that the Control-M Server be run on your most robust and reliable platform. In my experience that would mean avoiding MS-SQL.

Try using the Control-M name as the destination server anyway ... also, you can check the Corba config by running the "test config" routine from the Java pop-up in the EM system.

Do you have more than 1 Control-M server installed? If so, try using the Control-M name instead of the server name.
