eche1984 Another (elegant?) way is to use Scheduling Groups: Just specify "Adjust Condition" at the Scheduling Group level. Specify as well "CTM_GROUP_ADJUST_DUMMY Y" in the control-m server config.dat file. With these two specs, you just define your jobs with there own schedule, define the required...

Hi all, Refer to Knowledge base entry SLN000000192368. In some cases, for example to support specific versions of OS without upgrading the entire control-m environment, it is possible to simply upgrade one or a little number of control-m agents which hence are at a higher version than the server. I ...

futre25 This is a strange request. I hardly imagine a practical application, but you should do. There is basically no possibility to determine a cyclic interval lower than 1 minute by simple job parameter. In the past, I worked on that kind of question, and the solution was to play with the NEXTTIME...

creaseypaul, What you need and does not exist, create it. You can develop a routine which scans the entire list of job def, and insert for any object (either job or SG) a %%DESC local variable which contain all or part of the DESCRIPTION field. Check for length compatibility between description and ...

creaseypaul, regarding the sysout, if the question is to access the sysout as part of the shout script, you may use ctmpsm -LISTSYSOUT. Since ctmpsm is ORDERID driven, you shoul pass %%ORDERID as part of the message text. Regarding your message text, it looks OK. If you intend to parse it inside you...

cheli, The time limit parameters ("time limit for the process", "starting time for detecting files" and "absolute stop time") are all optional. Most of the other parms have default values. Strange, The DOWNLOAD table is only a log of the download actions. You have to make sure that the networks are actually stored in the database. Personally, I have more than 150 entries in DOWNLOAD for a MaxOldTotal set to 4. I suppose that, according to the previous info, you wont find more than 8 n...

Maheshvenu, This sounds good. I was afraid that the viewpoint list was not scrollable or any GUI related bug of that kind. Since the amount is increasing, it means that the old networks are properly maintained. An "old" network is nothing more that an "active" network (the one you just use normally ...

maheshvenu,

Please address baralem's question: what happens when you click "Open Archived Viewpoint"?
1°) Is a list displayed?
2°) If yes, is the list empty?
3°) If no, don't you find a specific viewpoint you want to select?

Cheers
