I must upgrade from agent 6.1.3 and CM\AFT v 6.1 to agent 6.3 with the last CM \AFT: version 6.2.02.

The agent software can do an automatic upgrade.
I possible to upgrade the CM too, or i must uninstall and then reintall the new version?

1) Look if there is checked "Allow service interact to the desktop"

2) Unselect this option and restart the service.

The server EM has the ufficial compatibility with the XP pro with sp2. Install the last fix pack of the EM too.
