If you didn't change installation defaults parameters, username and password is: emuser/empass.

Installation must ask you for that.

BMC confirmed it yesterday:

"Bug confirmed, awaiting a formal reference number for it.
In the meantime the best advice we can give is for you to create groups via the "normal" method."
