You can try the below query in a script

select ORDERNO,APPLGROUP,JOBNAME,STATUS,STATE,STARTRUN,ENDRUN,ORDER_TIME from CMR_AJF where STARTRUN < 'yyyymmddhhmmss' and STATE = '4'

This should help.
