My question now is does a cyclic job gets drained out after the new day process even if the AJF value is more than 1 ? and what happens if a cyclic job is in a execution status during new day process.

Job A is the last job of a cyclic flow, and the whole flow is 15 minutes cyclic. On a particular day the job can run any number of times based on how soon the jobs complete and it can also happen that the job might not run also. Is there any other way ?
