On CTM/EM 6.4.400 you can select Tools --> Prerequisite Conditions and apply your filter and then use File --> Export to export them to Excel.

It stores them in a default named worksheet name PrerequisiteConditions.xls. Not sure when this became available.

I would think that the easiest way would be to use STEPS. ON STMT * CODE NOTOK DO COND JOBNAME-NOTOK On the successor job Conditions Tab IN COND should = JOBNAME-NOTOK (from Predecessor job). What version are you on and what platform and database? This sounds like a good candidate for the Reporting Facility Active Jobs from Archived Net but the report is not there yet. If you are using exportdeftable, deftable, exportdefjob, defjob or ecs util they are all available on the CONTROL-M EM Server as well as the client.
