On CTM/EM 6.4.400 you can select Tools --> Prerequisite Conditions and apply your filter and then use File --> Export to export them to Excel.
It stores them in a default named worksheet name PrerequisiteConditions.xls. Not sure when this became available.

I would think that the easiest way would be to use STEPS. ON STMT * CODE NOTOK DO COND JOBNAME-NOTOK On the successor job Conditions Tab IN COND should = JOBNAME-NOTOK (from Predecessor job).
