Maybe you can solve this by ordering/force a job to run the script on the remote server when job turns NOT OK.

Take a quick look on utilities ctmcreate and ctmorder.
With them you can order jobs from ctm via cmdline (ctmorder) or even create totally new jobs dynamically (ctmcreate).

Forecast server is not available

EM 6.4 and Forecast 6.4.
When unpriviledged user tries to load Forecast from Desktop,
it alerts "Control-M/Forecast server is not available".

When I add "CONTROL-M/EM Security: Authorizations --> Browse"
rights to the user, Forecast will work normally.

Anyone else suffering from this problem?

You must specify userdaily for the table that your job belongs to.
Or use "SYSTEM" as userdaily if you haven't made any additional userdaily jobs (with ctmudly).

Hi,
Can you check that the network connection is working correctly between agent and ctm-server (in direction agent->ctmserver). This can cause problems like the one you described.

When using scheduling groups with adjust condition, you might want to check that you have this line in ctm-server's config.dat:

This can be done using Enterprice manager GUI.
Nancy wrote:IF yes can we do the same thing through Control-M Server?
You can use ctmpsm from commandline to manage jobs and resources on Control-m server.

Job documentation on scheduling group level

Is there a way to set documentation location on scheduling group level? I tried to set sch.group's fields like this: Doc Mem: %%JOBNAME Doc Lib: /path/to/documentation Then, I added couple of jobs to the sch.group, but documentation cannot be viewed. Everything works ok when I write same values to a...
